1. Bodyweight Squats

Bodyweight squats are a fantastic way to strengthen your lower body without any equipment. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and lower your body as if sitting back into a chair. Keep your chest up and core engaged. Aim for 3 sets of 15 repetitions.

2. Push-Ups

Push-ups are a staple for building upper body strength. Begin in a plank position, lower your body until your chest almost touches the floor, then push back up. If you're a beginner, modify by performing them on your knees. Aim for 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions.

3. Plank

The plank is excellent for core stability. Position yourself as if you’re going to do a push-up, but rest on your forearms instead of your hands. Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels. Hold for 30-60 seconds and repeat 3 times.

4. Lunges

Lunges are great for leg strength and balance. Step forward with one leg and lower your hips until both knees are bent at a 90-degree angle. Be sure to alternate legs for 3 sets of 10 lunges per leg.
